Lacy Estelle

Have you been in situations where sensations seem to be coming at you all at once and you just can't process them all?  This "sensory overload" can make it difficult for a woman with ADHD to focus, and can definitely interfere with meeting expectations from day to day at school, work and home life.

In today's episode, Lacy Estelle discusses what sensory overload looks like for the woman with ADHD.  She explains how there is hope in Christ for even this, and offers three of the ways she's found to stretch and strengthen her ability to cope with sensory overload as a Christian woman with ADHD.
