An ADD Woman with Lacy Estelle

Ep. 24: ADHD and Imposter Syndrome

Lacy Estelle Season 1 Episode 24

So many women with ADHD struggle with all-consuming feelings of just not being or doing enough; being a fraud, no matter how much success they have had or the obvious evidence of their accomplishments. This is called "imposter syndrome."

In this episode, Lacy Estelle discusses what imposter syndrome looks like in ADHD women, the possible reasons it crops up in our lives, and how perfectionism (or the lack of it!) is not the answer to the things God calls us to. If God has called you to it, you can have faith that He'll take you through it, even if you feel like an imposter!
